Hi !, I had to go for a brain scan yesterday,I looked on the internet to get an idea of what it would be like as I have never had an MRI scan before , it was a far less scary process than I thought it would be,

lots of loud noises of varying pitch ! I imagined that I was laid on a beach with my eyes closed and concentrated on my breathing and I was fine ! Hope you are ok with your scan and get positive results x
