Hey everyone didnt know where to ask so thought I would ask people with experience,

I noticed a grape sized lump in my armpit about 6 months ago and it hasn't gone away so I went to the doctors who explained it was a swollen lymph node, he said to keep and eye on it and watch out for any other lumps, when I got home I checked for anymore lumps and discover 7 or 8 small pea sized lumps in my groin and 2 in my neck, should I be worried? Any advice would be great
