Hello

please help me! I'm at my wits end.

i had a baby 14 weeks ago! Baby number three. Last week I attended the GP due to awful pelvic pain. I have also had a little bit of irregular spotting/heavy periods. I had SPD when I was pregnant. 
the doctor gave me a pelvic internal exam which she said seemed fine. I had swans taken and a smear was performed by the nurse. I asked her if things looked ok and she said "your cervix looks like you've just had a baby!"

my last smear was in 2016..I had a biopsy that came back as cin1 hpv positive and I was advised to return in 12 months for another smear. Stupidly it passed my mind and I didn't go. I was due a smear in 2019 but was pregnant. 
anyways, for the past week I have been beside myself with worry. I'm convinced I'm going to die. I have developed symptoms of a uti (pain after jrinating and desperate need for the toilet constantly).i also have constant back pain. I have had no bleeding since, no bleeding after the smear or internal exam.

what are my chances?! I have three children under ten and I'm petrified.
