Mum presented at her GP around a month ago with dysphagia (difficulty swallowing). She was put on the fast track referral channel and has since had a Barium Swallow / CT and today, an EUS-FNA. Still now, nobody has told her what is going on and when I asked the question at the Endo Clinic, was told I would have to wait for the Consultant to review everything and receive biopsy results which might take weeks.
Worried for mum as you'd expect - is there anything we can do in the interim?
