Cystoscopy and epidural

I had a cystoscopy yesterday helped by an epidural injection. Everything went well thank God !

I have a blood patch now where the needle went . Nothing was explained to me about what this did. Or if they did I probably wasn't listening.

Anyway how do I leave it on for ? Do I remove it myself ? So many questions that I can't get answers for I appreciate any advice and help.

I hope you're feeling well after you r procedure earlier this week. If you still have the dressing in place and you're unsure what to do then give the ward a call that you were seen on. Or alternatively give your GP/Consultant/specialist nurse a ring who will be able to advise you.

Thank you for your reply
As we didn't know what to do and not given any instructions on this plaster, we panicked a bit.
I rang the hospital and they replied that we could remove it anytime after 48 hours.
We should have done that in the first place. Silly us.
