I don't even know if I'm. In the correct place I'm a 29 year old female

A month ago I was messing about with my boobs and felt a lump no bigger then a pea just under my nipple and what looked to be an indentation anyway a month passed and hadn't heard nothing but tbh I actually forgot about it as such as I've had a lump before n turned out to be a cyst 

I was then messing around with my boobs the other night yes I mess about with them alot ‍♀️ I was pulling them tight as I've got the sag lol how ever when I pulled the skin my nipple went in I got dimpling and lots of little indentation just under the nipple the doctor referred to it as orange peel slightly it wasn't major and I had discomfort under the right armpit which is the same side as boob... The lump came to the surface its very hard but very large but in a month I've lost the other lump and got all these crazy new symptoms

Do I need to worry or is it something or nothing I mean I've had so many issues with my health and turned out to be nothing I just don't want to panic I'm waiting for appt as only see the doctor 3 days ago about it but they're ringing me today to get me up hospital but could take 2 weeks from then
