A long winded post but I apologise in advance, just looking to see if anyone has experienced anything similar. 

I've been feeling ill for a few months, just in constant pain, bad fatigue and a lump under my armpit. I'd put all my symptoms off as my anxiety was too bad to talk to a doctor so i just brushed it off.

Last week I went to stay over with my partner when I knew something wasn't right, my right arm had gone painful and numb over time but it had gotten to the point where it was too weak. I rang 111 for advice as I was away from home and was advised to go to urgent care. The urgent care doctor discovered a lump on my neck and an enlarged thyroid and referred me to a hospital nearby for some tests. 

I had several blood tests, a chest x ray, and an ECG which all came back normal but they still knew something was wrong, particularly with the lump on my neck.

I'm back home now and due for an ultrasound on my throat, and potentially other tests, but I just wondered if anyone had gone through this before. The weak arm is getting worse, along with my neck pain and also a tight chest so just holding in until I get a date for the ultrasound. 

Just want some answers at to what's happening especially as tests have came back fine but doctors can't figure out what's wrong. Has anyone had a similar experience?
