Somethings not quite right

So for a while I haven't been feeling right. But not sure what to do. Or who to ask I'd phone my gp but hard to get an appointment considering the current pandemic.
I take omeprasole which is supposed to stop acid reflux but at night it has gotten to the point where that no longer works. So bad so the other night I threw up in my sleep. I also find it hard to swallow certain foods mainly bread.

Shohld I speak to my gp? I spoke to my chemist and he recommended I take gaveston but it's not working.

  • Hello Freedom94,

Welcome to our forum. You should definitely talk to your GP  so don't hesitate to ring your surgery and they will arrange for a doctor to ring you probably and talk to you about the symptoms you are currently experiencing. Do mention all this to the doctor, that it made you be sick in your sleep and that you are struggling to swallow certain foods. So don't hesitate just give your surgery a call and I am sure they will arrange for you to talk to your GP.

Best of luck with your appointment and best wishes,
