so I had red right areola went to gp 2 weeks ago she wasn't concerned now I see about areola pinkish area like purplish blemish I keep on looking and checking tender too 

what lymph nodes are swollen ? Is your swelling noticeable 

I have sore lower back and neck 

Hello, my lymph nodes in my arm pit are painful and today this has also been in the back of the shoulder and top of my arm too. I can't see that they're swollen but the doctor said they were. My red blemish is in the side of my breast and is right where all the IBC diagrams show it to be. The faint purple brushing is all over my breast and my nipple seems to have a streak in it too. Im so worried, it's not an infection I can just tell. X

Can you see these swollen lymph nodes ?  Where abouts in your arm are the swellings 

Hello, the lymph nodes are up in my arm pit on the side it meets my breast. The red blemish is also this side of my breast too. You can't see they're swollen but I'm very aware they are tender when I move. The doctor said they were swollen.

just this purplish kind of colour above areola but nearer cleavage 

did your breast increase in size or nipple invert as I see that is the most common signs ?

does your look like (if you google ibc rash) the picture the first comes up under health.com which looks like redness at side of breast ?

What did the doctors say about the purple marking? 

She wasn't concerned and spoke about ibc having really noticeable breast increase size and nipple inversion which wasn't there

I'd say my rash is more like the 4th and 5th one down when you google IBC rash. 
I have a shooting/high pitch throbbing in the top corner of my breast where it meets my armpit. 
I called the doctor on Tuesday for a second opinion and she said to wait until tomorrow (Friday) as if it's an infection she'd expect to see an 80% reduction in symptoms but that just isn't happening. 

My nipple isn't pulled in anymore than it normally would be and my breast is still the same size. 
my three main symptoms are lymph nodes, red blemish and faint purple like bruising covering the top front of my breast.

i also have these high pitch/stabbing throbbing pains all around my breast.

I would say mine is more the feint purplish /red

maybe I am just a worrier 

My purple is very faint too. I am a worrier but so hard not to be when you are can see such similarities on official sites. I'm a mess! Literally crying all day thinking the worst and worrying about the future of my little family.
