So after yrs in and out of gyne with 1 thing or another I had ultrasound 2 weeks ago that showed I have 8 small cysts 4 on each ovary which they reccomend watchful waiting and re scan every 4 months for a yr how ever,the dr that gave me results was a locum that didn't think that was appropriate due to bleeding every 2 weeks even with the mirena coil ( they put in at same time as biopsy last year) and hrt patches so I shouldn't be bleeding at all apparently?? So I'm waiting for gyne appointment again and between the pain,bloating, peeing very frequently and now a weird ache in thigh I am fed up of not being normal me, oddly I have nvr had blood tests for ca125 just normal routine one's even though I have been on the 2 wk fast track twice..I'm wondering if anyone has had the watchful waiting for cysts, that turned out to be more serious than simple cysts?? I do have various different cancers in family including breast cancer so it has been mentioned that it could be a factor in my genes?? I had letter from hospital saying that no app was available yet but if I don't hear by 7th August to ring them I got that on Friday but they only referred me the wk before which seems very on the ball in these trying times of covid
