Hi, sorry if this isn't in the right area.

Since February on and off I've been having pains in my right upper abdomen, right shoulder and upper back. The pain in my abdomen is very localised and is like a random pain appearing but also sometimes like pressure and a dull ache. The pain in my right shoulder seems to result in my neck feeling tense and tight (I also hear like a crunching noise when I move my neck). Recently I've had a very specific dull pain in my upper right back which comes with a burning sensation and also tingling and itchiness. I also get the tingling and itchiness on my upper right abdomen. Sometimes I also feel a popping bubbling sensation in the areas that are tingly and itchy.

Sometimes my joints (just on my right side) feel sore and I feel almost like cramp in my right hand and right toe. Furthermore to this I reguarly feel a cold water dripping sensation on my legs. I also get regular pain in my right armpit and right side of my groin which makes me worry about my lymph nodes.

I can't help but feel this is something to do with my liver or some sort of tumour or growth on my lungs that is pushing on other areas resulting in these additional symptoms.

When I first went to the doctors back in March my bloods came back clear except for a vitamin d deficiency - I also had a chest x ray which came back clear.

Because the symptoms have not gone away, I got further blood tests done which came back 100% clear, so I am now booked in for an ultrasound on my upper abdomen. But, because the pain/uncomfort/pressure is now more in my right shoulder and right upper back I really want to add on some sort of chest scan when I go so am going to ring the GP on Monday morning to ask if I can get both in one go.

Has anyone else had any similar symptoms? I feel like I'm losing my mind and all I can think about is cancer, tumour etc :(
