Hi hoping that someone may have some advice please?

2011 had my son through emergency c-section

Within 7 days back in hospital with peritonitis, went into septic shock as wasn't treated correctly.

Had emergency wash out surgery

2012 all infection hadn't been removed so had a collection of fluid on upper right side of abdomen.

Surgery again, where all organs had moved round due to adhesions and infection.

I now have 9cm painful ovarian cyst and just found out I have braca 1 - been to see surgeon about removing both ovaries (inc cyst) as preventative measure to be told he is doubtful they could get to them because of my previous surgeries and I'm a high risk patient?

No idea what's next and worrying with this braca 1 about leaving for so long?

My CA 125 is 5 but concerned after reading on here that not accurate anyway?
