Anal pressure and abdominal pain. So worried.

I wonder if anyone could offer any advice?

I'm a female aged 37 years old. For the last 2 weeks I have been having some awful symptoms and I am starting to worry. I have constant pressure and aching in my bum and it almost feels as though there is a tennis ball up there. I'm going to the toilet frequently up to five times per day and even when im going, it still feels like I need to poo.

i have cramps in my lower left and right abdomen and these tend to get worse about an hour after eating. I also have lower back pain near my tailbone.

There is no bleeding and no constipation or diaorrhea, but sometimes my poo is flat. I've been to the GP who did a full blood count which came back normal, and a fecal calprotein, but I haven't had these results yet. GP said if that's normal then it's a gynae problem. I can't see how bowel problems could be a gynae issue. I'm so worried I can't sleep or anything.

please could someone advise?
