Hi. I was diagnosed with Barretts oesophagus 5 years ago in France, I have had a gastroscopy in the UK since moving back and due to slightly increased dysplasia my esomeprazole medication was upped from one 40mg per day to two 40mg per day. I was put on the surveillance list and was due to have another gastroscopy this December but my Dr has said that due to Covid this will not happen. I'm probably just being a worry guts but having nursed my father with terminal cancer of the oesophagus I am feeling a bit anxious. Should I be worrying or not?
