Still frustrated

Hi all, hope you are all keeping OK. Things seem to be returning to normal now but are still very not normal as I am still waiting for biopsy results, apparently they are back but the Dr has been on holiday. Its been 5 weeks since the biopsy and the secretary bless has let the doc know how anxious I am but still know news. Do you think this is a good sign or wishful thinking. Also the scarlooks darker now wher the mole was and seems to have gone wider although completely healed and painless. Any ideas. Take care all stay safe xx

    As no one replied to your post yet I just wanted to stop by to ask if you heard from your doctors already?

    The waiting game can be quite a pain so I hope that if you havent' heard from them yet, you will very soon.

    Hi Rena ta, thanks for replying still no news yet but not feeling too bad at the moment as I read a post from about three months ago to someone else feeling the same. She explained that when the results come back the Dr then disscusses them with a mdt regardless if the result is good or not so good so even though I know the results were back on Monday this info made me feel so much better. I guess I am one of those people that deals with things so much better if I have as much info as possible, I can then get to grips and move on to whatever is coming next. Do you know if you get calls from the hospital at the weekend? If not at least then I can give myself a break and enjoy the weekend . Thankyou again the support on here has been amazing and is now my go to place when things get a bit too much Take care and stay safe

    I'm very pleased to know that my reply and reading our member's experiences helped to ease your mind a bit. As I mentioned before, we're here for you.

    Unfortunately I do not know whether you can get a call from the hospital on weekends but please don't let this keep you from enjoying your weekend. Think like this, they will call when they call, until then there isn't much one can do.
