I had a breast biopsy done last week,now I get the results a week today and I can't sleep and I can't stop thinking about how I will die at 31.need some advice . Sorry about the Spelling mistake.
I'm sorry to hear that you've recently had a breast biopsy. I know that many of our members here will understand how very difficult it can be waiting for results from tests.
Although often easier said thatn done, try to take it a day at a time. It might help you to know that the majority of women seen at clinic with breast lumps do not go on to be diagnosed with cancer.
It's natural to have anxiety during this period of time and many people find that talking helps. You might find it helpful to give our team of nurses a call. Thanks for the reply . I have my off days where I can't think about nothing else and all I do is cry and get scared. The problem is I'm going be on own when I get the results because mum can't get time off work. I'm not sure about going round my sisters house because she has my nieces and nephew and if it bad I don't how I react .
