I just wanted to say good luck for today. I think the waiting is the worst part because your mind goes into overdrive. I am sure you know what to expect from your sister, and I suppose your questions will come once you get more information, if you have to have a biopsy etc.  When I was told the news it was cancer, the consultant and nurse talked me through everything in such a clear way, I came away thinking that I can do this! I'm now on my chemo part and it's not always easy, but I can do it!!

Thank you currently waiting on mammogram and scan then she said I will get a needle biopsy . Trying to stay positive . Whatever is thrown at me I will get through this .
How was you first chemo . How are you feeling xx 

Yes whatever happens you will get through it!! I hope the rest of the appointment went as well as it could do. 
Chemo has been ok, there have been days where I haven't had a lot of energy, but there have also been days where I have felt really good and back to my normal self. I've just had my second cycle last week so I know for the rest of this week, I won't be great, hopefully towards the end of the week I will start to feel normal again! Xx

So after scan was told to wait as the doctor needed to review as you can imagine lying on the bed longest 10 minute wait . She comes in and talks through that everything looks ok . The lump was what she called dense raised tissue . Nurse is walking down the corridor with me saying if anything changes go straight to my doctor and they will refer me back .so thinking That it all ok ,I'm heading out the door and the first doctor I have sen asks were I'm going as she wants to do a biopsy. Another 15 min wait and I get the news that it all fine . im thinking OMG I can't believe it everything is fine !! then feeling horrible and guilty  that I have got the all clear and my sister and other people and friends and yourself haven't been as lucky and are at the beginning of a journey or coming through the end of the treatments . I feel guilty that I'm ok ....I really appreciate you reaching out to me and helping me be positive and calm and getting me through my appointment. I just want to let you no that I would love to keep in contact and help you through your journey .xx thank you

I'm so pleased that it is good news for you, you must be relieved. I can understand why you feel guilty, especially with your sister having just been diagnosed, but please try not to feel guilty. I hope you have been able to do something, however small to have a bit of a celebration or even just appreciate life tonight, as I'm sure your sister would want you to be able to do that!  Thank you for your support - I really appreciate that xx

We had a nice relaxed evening with the kids . Then spent a few hours on FaceTime with my sister ,she is in England and we are in Northern Ireland . She is going into the hospital tomorrow for pre op . She is being really strong and positive like yourself x I hope by the end of the week you start to feel normal again xx
