pressure in chest wall after right lobectomy

Hi there can anyone help ... I had a right top lobectomy 7 weeks ago and although i seemed to be ok over the last few weeks my whole entire osephagus feels really uncomfortable. I have a pressure and when i eat food it is uncomfortable. I put it down to reflux but i am not sure any more as i am also waking up wity it. Any one else have these symptons
