I've recently had a morning sore throat on and off for 4 weeks and a few days ago it felt like there was a lump in my throat when swallowing. I had a look in my throat with a torch and it looks like there's a lump o  my right tonsil as it doesn't look the same on the left side. I'm also waiting on an ultrasound of multiple lymph nodes that have been up in my neck the longest one has been there 10 weeks.

I'm so scared that this could be tonsil cancer, I'm only 20 and also have shooting pain in my right ear that comes and goes, I very rarely drink alcohol only really on occasions, have never smoked and had the hpv vaccine in school
