I'm sorry to hear that you have some concerns about your breast. It's natural to have some changes around your period but do speak to your GP who will be able to examine you and either offer some reassurance or refer you to a specialist if necessary.
Try to remember that the majority of women who are referred to a breast clinic do not go on to be diagnosed with cancer.
