How did you get on at your ultrasound appointment? It's not uncommon for MRI's to pick up other "areas of interest" and I imagine that's whay you were asked to go back to the hospital.
I can see from your other post that you're quite a young woman going through this. I know that you'll be able to chat with other women are dealing with some of your personal challenges such as egg harvesting etc.
