So about 2 months ago I started getting pain in my left armpit, it wasn't constant so thought nothing of it at first. But after having the pain come and go for a few weeks I thought I'd give myself a check, both my breasts felt fine but I found a small lump in my left armpit which was very sore and tender to touch. I saw my doctor the next day who referred me to our local breast cancer clinic. I had my appointment with them last Tuesday and they said it was just a swollen lymph node and wasn't anything to worry about. But since I found the lump I've noticed I have the same pain coming and going in other parts of my body. The main areas of pain are now in both of my armpits, around my elbows, my groin and around my knees but I can't feel any signs of swelling like I can in my left armpit. I have no apparent reason to have swollen or painful lymph nodes so this has got me extremely worried. A few nights I've felt extremely bloated and nauseous but only when I'm lying down. 
I tried to get an appointment with my gp today but they were fully booked so I will try again in the morning. I'm driving myself crazy with worry as anything I read online is all linked to cancer.

Im a 31 year old female with no underlying health conditions that I'm aware of.
Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar
