My dr 3 days ago strongly susgested stomach cancer but said he needed to see results of biopsy

i am waiting for cat scan

am having antibiotic drips each day for bacter pyloris? spelling

i was brought in to hospital near death, few hours due to massive internal bleeding,

I was on kitchen floor could only use hand to phone for ambulance

lost 2 units of blood 

1-2 units blood each day to internal bleeding 

I can go home when I stop passing black stools,

should a dr strongly suggest stomach cancer before seeing test results, is this normal practice.
