I'm awaiting my results from my breast biopsy although my lump is actually in the breast tissue in my armpit!

First thing I'd say is stay away from Google which is the sound advice I've been given. It's only the bad stuff posted there and is often outdated. I know it's hard I'm still trying to stop myself now!

I saw the consultant first then went for mammogram and then ultrasound. They couldn't see what mine was so they did a punch biopsy and now just waiting for the results.  This was my first trip to the breast clinic. 

It's all so frightening. Did they give you any indicator of what yours is? How are you feeling?

I think I would rather hear it could be this or that or just something other than leaving none the wiser and no clearer.
My armpits feel ok although a bit sore since I've been prodding to locate my lymph nodes. My lump kind of arches over and central to my nipple so top half of nipple puffs out slightly. It doesn't appear to have clear boarders as it feels bumpy. 
ive started hurting all over now, stomach area is noisy and aches like I've just gotten over a sick bug which leaves those empty hunger pains/gripes, uncomfortable and feels full, liver area just under lowest rib and right mid region in my back has a constant discomfort feeling. 
I know I'm sounding extremely negative right now but feel like this is something really bad and all these aches and pains have come because of metastasis, basically too late to do anything about any disease. 

What your thinking about is normal. I keep questioning everything I feel but it probably stress from worrying!

Staying away from Google is a must though you find nothing positive on there!!

No they haven't given me any indication what it could be so I swing from being positive to thinking I'm about to drop dead. 

I'd not worry about what you think it feels like. I thought mine was hard and immobile but the consultant said it move freely and he's the expert. 

I went for my clinic appointment on Wednesday. Mammogram clear and ultrasound clear. Just bigger lymph node in armpit that is bigger.  I've been told "it's nothing". No explaination as to why it feels hotter than the other, why the tissue feels harder, why the boob is bigger, why the nipple points down when the other doesn't and why it's less reactive than the other. Even the nipple areola itself feels lumpy and I can see the top half of areola seems puffy/swollen. My right breast also feels at times like the "let down" sensation you get after childbirth and milk coming in. I despair. 
anxieties are still high and I'm not reassured at all with "its fine"

Hi, have you had a letter yet explaining what they did/saw during the appointment? If you are not happy I would definitely go back to the doctor. I got my results but I've asked for follow up blood tests and mine is a fibroadenoma but I'm in my 40s.

No, I saw the breast surgeon. Then had mammogram & ultrasound. Then a lady (I think healthcare assistant) came out and told me that everything looked fine and normal. So I left as you do feeling a bit better but now I've had time to think on I'm back to feeling concerned again. 
I have contacted my GP and the advanced nurse practitioner rang me. She is writing to the surgeon to get him to see me again. 
It just doesn't make sense to not even try to explain what could be causing these changes. I want something confirmed. I've thought about fibroadenoma but then I worry about inflammatory breast cancer but I don't have the orange peel look or the redness. 
 

what are your symptoms?

I'm 42. So tired of having problems. Everything health wise went down hill from age 38. All those concerns were dismissed by GPs for months. I have cardiomyopathy along with other heart related conditions-the GP dismissed all my concerns and symptoms telling me it was acid reflux, anxiety and depression. Eventually went to a stress test on a thread ill and got admitted to cardiac pumped full of cardiac drugs to fix my heart rate and rhythm. If I'd have accepted what the GP said and not pushed and pushed for more checks it could have killed me. Then with my kidney, I was sure it was in my pelvis and after extensive research of my own I had "self diagnosed" (I know we shouldn't google but in my defence it has always guided me well and I'm able to be open minded). I suspected a condition called Nephroptosis where the kidney drops into the pelvis. It felt like a hard moveable smooth mass. I told the GP what I thought it was and he said "it's anatomically impossible for it to be your kidney". Fast forward many months I got a referral to a urologist, several tests later it was diagnosed. Nephroptosis. Surgery fixed it. 
so as you can see, in my experience I simply can't accept "nothingness".

Yes I definitely would push to be seen again. My mum had breast Cancer twice the second time it took 4 years to get diagnosed as hers came back in her bones and the doctor kept saying it was old age. They finally sent her for a scan and by then it was too late and she died 9 months later. That's why I'm very proactive with this I don't want to end up the same. I'm 42 too and my symptoms are I have a 1.8 cm lump in my armpit. My breasts are clear.
