2.6cm Liver Lesion found on ultrasound scan

Hi All I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year had a mastectomy and radiotherapy and I'm now on hormone treatment, letrozole and zoladex. I went for an ultrasound scan last week as I am concerned about my weight gain. Turns out I found out yesterday it is a 2.6cm lesion on my liver. They found lesions on my liver last year but was told nothing to worry about. The weight gain is my hormone treatment. Now I’ve got to go for an urgent mri scan to see if it is one of the lesions from last year or if not if it’s cancerous. I am so scared as you can imagine. It’s back to square 1. The consultant is has now requested the ultrasound scan and the the mri and ct from last year. I am scared the breast cancer may have spread without them knowing last year. I have no symptoms and I am not yellow x
