Lesion found - advice needed

Hi, I had a CT scan on Monday due to being sick most days for over a year, which sometimes has blood in, having blood when I pass a B/M and from the rectum and having pains in my right lower abdomen. The CT scan showed a "2.6cm semisolid semicystic lesion on the right side of the abdomen which is adjacent to the tip of the right lobe of the liver and the caecum" my doctors done an urgent referral to upper GI but the pains in my stomach are so severe I just want to sleep 24/7 to not get them and I can't keep any food down even with anti sickness tablets. I've researched my symptoms ( stupid I know  ) which are all showing signs of stomach cancer. I'm absolutely freaking out as I'm only 23 and I don't know whats wrong with me or why I'm this poorly and in this much pain. Has anyone ever had a finding like this that could offer me some advice?
