Hi all, I am high risk of breast cancer. I'm 37 and attend breast clinic for manual check yearly and bi yearly mammogram.

so this morning woke up with 3 small drops of discharge from my left nipple. Nothing else so far today but I'm now in blind panic that it could be something sinister. Everything I read tells me from one breast and spontaneous it is. But it has only happened the once. Does anyone know if discharge has to be constant before classed as a sign or even this one off should I be worried.
