I just wanted to post a reply as I can see from this post and your others that you're feeling extremely anxious at the moment. 

I'm sorry to hear that you've had this health concern which has meant a referral to the breast clinic. It's natural that anyone would feel worried and even more so when they have a loved one already living with cancer. 

I would certainly suggest that you give Google a wide berth for the moment. As you've already found, it will make you feel more anxious about your symptoms. I also want you to try and bear in mind that the majority of people referred to breast clinic do not go on to be diagnosed with cancer. 

You might find it helpful to speak to one of our nurses about things. I'm sure that they will be able to offer some support and reassurance. You might also gind it helpful to have a look at the Anxiety UK website for some advice and information about ways in which you can help manage your thoughts.
