Evening,

I have just been reading through some of your forums and you're all so supportive so thought I'd join and ask for advice.....

I have had left breast pain persistently (non-cyclical) for over 6 weeks now. I couldn't feel any lumps and do check myself regularly......I went to my GP who said the same, sent me away for 2 weeks and told me to return if no improvement. 
 

It actually got worse last week, so she has referred me on the 2WW and I have an appointment on the 20th. I got the referral print out from the GP today which said 'suspected breast cancer' and I have just panicked ever since.

I have literally diagnosed and written myself off, although trying desperately to stay calm and rational. 
 

My left breast is swollen, tender and my armpit is too, no lumps to feel, there is nothing to see, no other changes, but I am petrified. It feels thicker/heavier and just so sore/prickly.
 

Whilst I know no one can diagnose me online.....can anyone share their similar circumstances with me?  I stupidly googled and it has broken me
