Unfortunately no one here will be able to tell you more about this lump so the best thing to do is to talk to your parents about it. I am sure they will be very understanding and they may want to book an appointment with your GP to get it checked out. Don't feel shy about this as doctors do this routinely and you can also ask to see a female doctor if that makes you feel more comfortable. Try not to worry about it but do talk to your parents just for peace of mind.
