Polyp removal yesterday

Hi

My husband had a colonoscopy yesterday and they removed three small polyps and 1 larger one and sent them off for histology and said he would get the results when he gets a follow up appointment with his Consultant in the near future (no appointment as yet). I am scared stiff that this is bowel cancer as my husband has coeliacs disease and unfortunately has not stuck to the diet very well at all. he has lost 2 stone in weight and is extremely aneamic to the point that his blood test result was almost non existent (but it has always been low in iron). He has recently been suffering with terrible constipation and stomach pains which is a new symptom as normally he suffers from very loose stools due to the coeliacs. He also recently had a chest xray which showed a shadow on his right lung and was given antibiotics and was retested 5 weeks later however the second xray shows that this shadow has now cleared, however I am not really satisfied that this is correct to be honest as he is extremey short of breath and suffers with extreme chest pains. I would really appreciate any advice and guidance at the moment as I am worried sick and not sure where to turn.
