Lump in breast

Hi

im new to things like this

Im 22 years of age and have had a burning pain in my right breast for about 2 months constant

Went to breast clinic on Tuesday 7/7 and they reckon the pain is nothing to worry about, but they did feel a lump on left one they said the breast tissue feels lumpy and they want me to have an ultrasound next week 

Feeling very scared at the minute as there is breast cancer history in the family

Any advice?

    Welcome to our forum. It is normal to be scared as you are anxiously waiting for this important ultrasound. I hope it all goes well for you next week.  Try to avoid anticipating what it might be by keeping busy and distracted if you can and resist the urge to look anything up online as this will only exacerbate your anxiety. It won't be long now I am sure before you find out more and we are keeping everything tightly crossed for you
