Hi

i did a hpv test and have received results showing I have hpv16

Im aware that hpv 16 can cause cervical cancer . I'm really scared , and whilst I know no one can give me the answers I need. I just wanted to hear if anyone else who may have had the same result and what steps they took next and what the outcome was ? Having hpv 16 does this increase my chances of getting cervical cancer significantly?  I'm stressing because I know with Covid 19 there are delays for treatment etc.
