Since October last year Iv had nipple discharge from one breast, and it seems to be getting worse with me waking up with a wet top or leaking through out the day. My breast is also always so so so hot almost burning, and beginning to become painful, I can't feel any lumps, my nipple has slightly changed in size and also slowly going inwards, red blotches also seem to appear and disappear,  I always wake with a headache and no matter how much sleep I get I'm constantly tired, that I struggle to even get up in the morning. Iv put off going to the doctors as I went in October regarding the discharge and the didn't seem worried, checked for lumps and that was it. Any advice would be greatful.
