Looking for advice

Hi every 1 received both scopes last friday after that the nurse gave me a form to hand in to my gp I decided to open it as a wanted to know what it said after all it is about me anyways it mention tissue taken for celiac disease  and then gastric antal gist taken am very worried now as the letter also says I will be referred for a endoscopic.

    If you're worried about what you've read on your form do be sure to have a chat with your doctor as they'll be in the best position to explain what this all means and answer any questions you have.
