Have you had any colds/flu at all recently or anything viral as these can cause nausea. Could you be pregnant? Or do you have anything like ibs. There are sooo many other things that can cause the same symptoms other than what you are thinking. Most of the time even anxiety can cause the same symptom but im not saying it is anxiety. Generally nausea and light headedness aren't typical of brain tumors as from the research ive done and being a nurse typically peolple get horrible headaches, have issues with their eyes. Has your doctor look in your ears? Because could also be an ear infection or balance issue xx

I'm not pregnant have checked a few times. My vision has been worse I'd say not really bad to the point I can't see. Haven't had a doctor look in my ear will ask them to do that. I do suffer with anixety also which isn't helping.

Anxiety is horrible a d can cause symptoms its self. My friend had similar issues to you and it ended up being something called positional vertigo. 

I hope you get answers and that they are reassuring.
