Worried Cervical Cancer

Hi all, 

So worried, after having a few light bleeds recently for day or so I contacted doctors and she did an examination when she did a swab I bled quite a bit and this has really panicked me. She mentioned polyp but I'm so paranoid it's not and every ache and pain I get I'm convinced it cervical cancer. She said she would rush through my referral because I really suffer with aniexty and i am struggling to eat, sleep or function while I wait.
I suffer with ibs and sciatica which does not help because they have some similar symptoms. 
Just so worried and scared

    Sorry to hear about  your problems and hopefully you will get in quickly and get good news I can relate to how your feeling just now 

    I have a problem with my breast and got an appointment at breast clinic on 14th July I went to Dr's last Tuesday and since then I can't eat I feel sick googling my symptoms constantly I am constantly checking  my self to see if it looks any different and now I keep think  I am getting pains elsewhere so in my mind  I have cancer and it is spread round my body its is a living nightmare which hopefully will come to nothing when I get to the clinic  xx

    Hi.. I was just wondering if you had any results back and if you are ok.. I have had heavy bleading on and off for a few weeks I had an examination today and she said she could see something and refer me to gynaecologist she think could be polyp .. but when I left she called and said she want me seen in 2 weeks she referring me as urgent . I am upset and worries I have 3 young children .. just wondering how other people's experience are and how long did it take for results appointments

    I had my appointment today and happy to say I got all clear it has been such a horrible 2 weeks and I really feel for anyone going through this hopefully you will get in and get it sorted soon.  I was told today when I went In either way I would know something  today so hopefully will be the same for you when you get in

    i had a call yesterday and a referral letter I have an appointment in the morning so hopefully I will no something tomorrow xx
