Sorry to hear that, when is your breast clinic appoitment? It's been a whirl wind of a day for me, my anxiety really high

My breast looks normal from the outside other than my aeraola changed shape because lump is very close to nipple

My appointment is 14th July it is manopolisng my life at the minute I can't get on and do anything as it's constantly there hanging over me x I asked my gp if she knew if it was cancer she said she didn't know but that it could be but obviously need the experts to let us know for sure one way or other x 

Sorry your having to wait so long for appointment, the time waiting is such an anxious time

My head keeps flipping from "everything will be ok" to "*** I might have cancer"

Crazy how our minds work, I just gotta get through the next 5 days then face whatever happens at the appoitment

I was hoping gp would say "it's a fatty lump" or "that all feels normal"

But she just looked very worried and went into hyper mode arranging referal

I know. What you mean about your.mind flipping I am the same  it's so hard and I just want to get this appointment over with but then my fear of getting bad news makes me not want to go it's so awful I have never felt like this about anything the fear and anxiety is terrible xx

Yep, anxiety is such a curse at times , I've always suffered with anxiety so when I have something "real" to worry about it's a nightmare

I keep telling myself it's nothing to worry about but then I almost want to expect the worst so anything less than that is a bonus
