So... wondering if anyone had all of the symptoms of bowel cancer... change in bowel habits etc and it turned out not to be bowel cancer???

I know from one of your other posts that you have your colonoscopy this week. Hopefully that will give you some answers about the cause of your problems. Try to stay positive and remember that there are other possible causes for your symptoms.
