Skin Cancer Biopsy

HI,

Just a quick question, i have a follow-up appointment for my skin cancer biopsy a week today. Due to the circumstances i am not able to have anyone attend the appointment with me. I wondered if they would let me record in the event the news isnt great, as i dont want to zone out and miss important information? Anyone experienced this during lockdown?

Hi,

If you just ask the consultant when you go in, most are happy for you to record the consultation. I know of several patients that have done this pre-Covid. Just in case they aren't happy with recording, also take pen & paper & tell them to speak slowly as you want to make notes.
