Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Ive tried googling and it wasn’t my friend. I don’t know if a trigger warning may be needed, but it’s regarding a lump thing on my boob. 

I’ve had a lump? Spot? On the underside of my boob for a month. It’s not once come to a head or popped, it looks more like a bruise I guess than a spot? I noticed today it seems to have ‘dimpled’ in the middle, and has got a bit bigger and a large red ring around it has appeared. It doesn’t hurt, it’s more numb than anything. The whole boob also feels, I don’t know, harder? Than the other one, and I’ve been getting sharp shooting pains through it for the last week. 
I’ve left it alone thinking it will go away but I’m now getting a bit worried that it’s not. Should I get it checked out? Leave it to settle? Has anyone had anything similar?
