Hi everybody.

just a quick question for anybody who can help.

lately I've had severe flatulence, a minor pressure/pain in my lower left abdomen, a feeling of pressure inside my rectum and just feeling generally ***. 
 

I'm really worried it's cancer because I'm the sort of person that always thinks the worst.

has anybody had anything similar and if so what was it please?
