I just wanted to wish you the very best of luck for your breast clinic appointment tomorrow. I really hope that they find the cause of these recurrent breast infections. Do mention to them that this second lot of antibiotics isn't working and ask whether they have any advice for you on what to do next. If they are not aware of this already, do talk to them too about your family history. 

It's good you are being seen tomorrow at the breast clinic and I hope they will resolve the problem for you and that you feel better soon.
