I had a blocked bladder in December and used an intermittent catheter for 10 days followed by CTI and radioactive bone scans and biopsy in February. Scans clear but “suspicious” shadow.PSA was 29 but taken just after UTI. Agreed with consultant to wait for 3 /4 months for another PSA has just come back at 13. Not keen on further biopsy as feeling OK. Is drop from 29 to 13 a good sign and should I wait for another PSA in 6 months? I am 74.
