Hi all. Hope someone might have some advice/knowledge. 
I'm 44, suffered with very painful periods and Ibs for over 20years. The last 6 months just before menstruating the pain had been unbearable, much rawer and more intense. This pain isn't just in the lower part of my abdomen as it always was (and in back and thighs) but is also around my waist and higher up in my abdomen.

i had bloods taken any my CA125 is at 78 and my CRP is raised. Was sent for ultrasound to look at ovaries and she didn't find anything. My mum got stomach cancer which spread to her tissue in her abdomen and passed away at 65. 
ive not been referred for anymore tests or anything at this stage (only had ultrasound yesterday). Can anyone offer any advice?
