Hi, I'm new to all this.

Just wondering if anyone can shed some light, 

About 3 years ago I found a lump in my neck went to the Dr's they werent concerned so I just left it. 

I recently felt it again in my neck but feels so much bigger it's been there 5 weeks if not longer then about 3 weeks ago a found a lump in my armpit I'm just wondering can lymphoma appear in more than one place? Sorry if that sounds like a silly question but young and new to all this.
