Hi am 36... and well I really dont know where to start' you see for the past few months my periods have been terrible what with clots and more clots but for the past 3 weeks I have been pouring out blood and more clots as a result was taken into hospital were they done tests a few days later I went in for a vaginal scan where they said I had a 25.0mm thick lining what does this mean he also said that I need to have biopsy I am petrified need advice

    I'm also going through something similar. Started with frequent periods back in March and now this last one hasn't stopped. My linning is 15mm, all my hormones are normal so now waiting on a hysteroscopy to take a biopsy. 

     

    I guess anyone who is waiting on tests and test results finds this time difficult. I'm finding it hard to concentrate on anything else, but trying to distract myself.

     

    Do you have a date for your biopsy? Fingers crossed our results are clear.

    A biopsy is not great but it will tell you what your dealing with & will put you on the path to healing.

    It's hard not to think of anything else but staying positive helped me. Even on diagnosis I was right whatever it takes let's get started
