Hi guys, 

im petrified

so I have a lump on back of neck, it's hard to find, it's not obvious. And I have to dig around to find it. I'm so worried about it, I have 2 children and only 23.its been there about 6 months. It's not changing in size. I'm not sure if it's. A muscle knot from a car accident a year ago, and I never felt it. Or it's something more. I know I need to go to GP. But I'm so scared. Are the lumps obvious when cancerous?
