Elevated CA125. Worried about Ovarian Cancer

Hi I'm new to this forum and looking for advice over an unusual situation and wondered if anyone else has experienced anything similar.
I visited the gp in January after finding a painless lump in my right pelvic area (I'm 36). I was sent for an ultrasound which came back with an ovarian cyst so the gp referred me to gynaecology. Until about 3-4 weeks ago I had no symptoms then suddenly experiencing severe abdominal swelling and bloating 80-90% of the time, period type pains most days ranging from general discomfort to quite painful and brown spotting on and off. Managed to push to be seen quickly so I had consultation with gynaecologist a few days ago. They repeated my ultrasound and confirmed what they think is 8cm chocolate cyst on my right ovary and a smaller one on my left which along with my symptoms appear to be caused by Endometrosis. My levels of CA125 are elevated at 135 which I was told is higher than they normally see for Endometriosis but not as high as they normally see for Ovarian Cancer. They've repeated the test and I'm waiting for the results but the gynaecologist was 'baffled' and said my case is unique and has therefore been referred to a multidisciplinary team meeting to decide if I need an operation urgently or whether it can wait the normal length of time which is currently 6 months. I know CA125 isn't always reliable but that hasn't stopped me going out of my mind with worry about the worse possible case scenario. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
