Hi, I have had issues since I started my periods at 10. I was diagnosed with PCOS. 
ive suffered with irregular & extremely heavy periods. 
I had a Endometrial Ablation in 2013 and was scheduled a Hysterectomy in early 2017 unfortunately it clashed with my daughters Tonsillectomy. I then lost my 23 year old Son so I didn't organise another.
Since January I've suffered with bloating, pain, everything prolapses when my period should start. I then get spotting and clots. It's just awful. It causes issues passing water & IBS. I had a scan 20th May. This Tuesday the GP called and said a sizeable Polyps/growth was found in my womb and made an urgent referral to Gynae. The hospital called Wednesday and I have a phone consultation on Monday as I'm shielding. 
I have huge clots but no blood and contractions that can last 24 hrs at a time. I've lost 6 stone with slimming world in less than a year. I'm fatigued and really scared.
